About the company
Eastern Expertise Contracting Co. (EEC) is a Dammam based civil and industrial construction subcontractor that delivers large civil infrastructure works for the oil and gas, petrochemical and mining sectors in Saudi Arabia. The company is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join its project team in Dammam.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out setting out, levelling and as built surveys from the construction drawings.
- Prepare survey reports and inspection requests for the consultant.
- Produce as built drawings and submit them for consultant approval.
- Work with the site team to keep the works on line and level.
Qualifications & requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Surveying Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of site surveying experience on construction projects.
- Hands-on experience with Total Station and GPS/GNSS equipment.
- Good AutoCAD skills; Civil 3D is an advantage.
- Industrial project experience is preferred.
