Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in major projects, including hotels and residential-commercial towers.
Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in major projects, including hotels and residential-commercial towers.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or an equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in major projects, including hotels and residential-commercial towers.
Civil Inspector:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in major projects, including hotels and residential-commercial towers.
Safety Officer:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent and IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in major projects, including hotels and residential-commercial towers.
Land Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil/Survey Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in major projects, including hotels and residential-commercial towers.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates who are fluent in Arabic and English are preferred.
• Membership in the Council of Engineers is a prerequisite.
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience.
• Candidates must have Supervision experience in major construction projects.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
