GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager – Building:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, and PMP Certification.
• 15+ years of proven experience, and 5 years as a Project Manager in Building projects within the UAE.

Project Manager – Industrial:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, and PMP Certification.
• 10+ years of proven experience, and 5 years as a Project Manager in Industrial/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of proven experience in Industrial/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.

Civil Technical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years of proven experience in Industrial/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years of UAE experience in Industrial/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years of proven experience in Industrial/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.

Land Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years of proven experience in Industrial/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years of proven experience in the Construction Industry within the UAE.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Available to join immediately or on short notice.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be fluent in Reading and Spoken English or Arabic.
• Candidates must have a proven track record of experience in Building, Industrial & Infrastructure projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
