Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager - Building:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, and PMP Certification. 15+ years of proven experience, and 5 years as a Project Manager in Building projects within the UAE.
Project Manager - Industrial:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, and PMP Certification.
- 10+ years of proven experience, and 5 years as a Project Manager in Industrial/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 8+ years of proven experience in Industrial/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Civil Technical Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of proven experience in Industrial/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of UAE experience in Industrial/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of proven experience in Industrial/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Land Surveyor:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of proven experience in Industrial/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of proven experience in the Construction Industry within the UAE.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Available to join immediately or on short notice.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be fluent in Reading and Spoken English or Arabic.
• Candidates must have a proven track record of experience in Building, Industrial & Infrastructure projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
