GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field, and PMP Certified.
• 12+ years of proven experience in building supervision of construction projects within a consultancy background.

Senior Site Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of proven experience in building design & supervision of construction projects within a consultancy background.

Senior Interior Designer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Interior Designing, or related field.
• 12+ years of proven experience in building design & interior design of projects within a consultancy background.

Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in building design & supervision of construction projects within a consultancy background.

Landscape Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in Landscape design projects within a consultancy background.

Façade Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of UAE experience in the supervision of building construction projects within a consultancy background.

Structural Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of UAE experience in the supervision of building construction projects within a consultancy background.

Electrical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of UAE experience in the supervision of building construction projects within a consultancy background.

Mechanical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of UAE experience in the supervision of building construction projects within a consultancy background.

Landscape Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil / Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of UAE experience in the supervision of landscaping projects within a consultancy background.

Architecture Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Architecture Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of UAE experience in the supervision of building construction projects within a consultancy background.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of UAE experience as a Documents Controller within a consultancy background.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must be a Valid UAE Driving Licence holder.
• Candidates must have UAE Project Supervision experience.
• Candidates must have consultancy experience in high-rise building projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
