Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Sr. Estimation Engineer - Infrastructure:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE/GCC experience in estimation, BOQ, and Quantity take-off for Road and infrastructure projects.
Sr. Estimation Engineer - Building:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE/GCC experience in estimation, BOQ, and Quantity take-off for Building Construction projects.
Sr. Quantity Surveyor - Building:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE/GCC experience in estimation, BOQ, and Quantity take-off for Building Construction projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Proficiency in construction management software and CAD tools.
• Experience with infrastructure, bridges, and building projects.
Proficiency in RIB Candy (CCS Candy) estimating software will be an added advantage.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
