Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Sr. Technical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10+ years of solid experience in a Technical Office role in the UAE.
Sr. Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10+ years of solid experience in BOQ preparation, cost control, variations, and final accounts of projects in the UAE.
Structural Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE project experience in high-rise residential & commercial buildings projects.
Civil / Road Foreman:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, or relevant field.
- Minimum 10+ years of UAE / GCC experience in road construction projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Proficiency in construction management software and CAD tools.
• Experience with infrastructure, bridges & high-rise building projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
