Qualifications & requirements
Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognised university.
- 5 to 8 years of UAE post contract QS work: BOQs, interim payment applications, variations, subcontractor valuations, cost control, final accounts and contract administration.
Land Surveyor
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of UAE building construction surveying: setting out, levelling, topographic and as built surveys with Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level and AutoCAD.
Draftsman (Civil / Architectural)
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architectural Drafting, or a relevant technical qualification.
- 3 to 5 years in the UAE producing architectural and civil shop drawings, construction details, coordination and as built drawings in AutoCAD; Revit is an advantage.
Eligibility criteria
- UAE construction experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must currently live in the United Arab Emirates.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction practice, engineering drawings, project specifications and site procedures.
- Comfortable with the software, survey instruments or QS tools the role calls for.
- Able to work on site and coordinate with engineers, consultants and contractors.
- All positions are site based with a 6 day working week.
- Good communication, teamwork and technical coordination skills.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
