Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in fit-out and finishing projects within the KSA region.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (BIM knowledge is a plus).
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in fit-out and finishing projects within the KSA region.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (BIM knowledge is a plus).
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute drawings and specifications.
• Candidates should have Building Finishing and Fit-out project experience.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, architectural detailing, and site coordination.
• Must have a transferable IQAMA and be ready to relocate within the Kingdom.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute drawings and specifications.
