Al Kobraish Investment & Construction is expanding its team! We are currently hiring skilled and experienced professionals for our Sewage Pipeline Construction Project in collaboration with NWC.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Control Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, and PMP Certification.
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in construction projects related to water networks, pipelines, and infrastructure, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Project Manager:

Technical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of proven experience in construction projects related to water networks, pipelines, and infrastructure, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Civil Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in construction projects related to water networks, pipelines, and infrastructure, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Safety Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university, and IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in construction projects related to water networks, pipelines, and infrastructure, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

QA/QC Engineer – Civil:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in construction projects related to water networks, pipelines, and infrastructure, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Site Accountant:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university.
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in construction, contracting, or project accounting and internal controls, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Safety Officer:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Engineering, or a related field, and OSHA/NEBOSH Certification.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in construction projects related to water networks, pipelines, and infrastructure, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Land Surveyor:

• Diploma in Civil or Survey Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in construction projects related to water networks, pipelines, and infrastructure, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Land Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of document control experience in construction projects within KSA/GCC.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in GCC/KSA countries is mandatory.
• Applicants must be inside KSA only and have a transferable Iqama.
• Applicants must have experience in Utilities Infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate closely with project and design teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Candidates must be available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately.
