- Cost Estimation Engineer
- GIS Specialist
- Land Surveyor
- Draftsman
- Civil Foreman – Asphalt
- Civil Foreman – Sewerage

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and PMP Certified.
• Minimum 15 – 20 years of experience in Utilities (Infrastructure) projects within a Construction company.

Tendering Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, and PMP Certified.
• Minimum 15 – 20 years of experience in Utilities (Infrastructure) projects within a Construction company.

Sr. Technical Engineer – Civil:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 – 20 years of experience in Utilities (Infrastructure) projects within a Construction company.

Quantity Surveyor Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in Utilities (Infrastructure) projects within a Construction company.

QA/QC Engineer – Civil:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in Utilities (Infrastructure) projects within a Construction company.

Site Engineer – Mechanical:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in Utilities (Infrastructure) projects within a Construction company.

Cost Estimation Engineer – Mechanical:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in Utilities (Infrastructure) projects within a Construction company.

GIS Specialist:

• Bachelor’s Degree in GIS Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in Utilities (Infrastructure) projects within a Construction company.

Civil Foreman – Asphalt:

• Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in Utilities (Infrastructure) projects within a Construction company.

Civil Foreman – Sewerage:

• Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in Utilities (Infrastructure) projects within a Construction company.

Draftsman:

• Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering or Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in Utilities (Infrastructure) projects within a Construction company.

Land Surveyor:

• Technical Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in Utilities (Infrastructure) projects within a Construction company.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in GCC/KSA countries is mandatory.
• Applicants must be inside KSA only and have a transferable Iqama.
• Applicants must have experience in Utilities Infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate closely with project and design teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Candidates must be available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately.
