Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager - Civil:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, and PMP Certification.
- 20 years of experience in Building Construction & Façade projects within the GCC/KSA region.
Project Manager - Architecture / Fit-out / Industrial:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering from an accredited university, and PMP Certification.
- 15 years of experience in Building & Industrial Construction & Façade projects within the GCC/KSA region.
Construction Manager - Architecture:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering, Construction Management from an accredited university.
- 15 years of experience in Architectural/Building Construction & Façade projects within the GCC/KSA region.
BIM Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 12 years of experience in Architectural/Building Construction & Façade projects within the GCC/KSA region.
Site Technical Office Manager- Architecture:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
- 15 years of experience in Architectural/Building Construction & Façade projects within the GCC/KSA region.
Senior Technical Office Engineer - Civil / Architectural / Electrical / Mechanical:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- 6 - 9 years of experience in Architectural/Building Construction & Façade projects within the GCC/KSA region.
Senior Façade Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
- 7+ years of experience in Building Façade projects within the GCC/KSA region.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent in the English language (spoken and written).
• Applicants must be inside KSA only and have a transferable Iqama.
• Applicants must have experience only in Building Construction & Façade projects.
• Candidates must have previous GCC/KSA countries experience, especially in Saudi Arabia.
• Candidates must be available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately.
