About the company
REDCON International is looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager to lead construction and real estate development projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from start through successful completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and internal project teams.
- Deliver projects on time, within approved budgets, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and put corrective actions in place.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, contract obligations and company procedures.
- Represent the company in client meetings, technical discussions and consultant coordination.
Qualifications & requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in project management in the construction and real estate development sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, contract administration and risk management.
- Proven leadership, communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing large scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia will be an advantage.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Experience in large scale construction and real estate development projects.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
