We are expanding our team for a new project in Dubai, with requirements aligned to RTA project standards, and are looking for skilled professionals to join our growing organization.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent, and PMP Certification.
• Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience in site execution and supervision in Roads, Utilities (infrastructure) projects.

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience in site execution and supervision in Roads, Utilities (infrastructure) projects.

Site Superintendent:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in site execution and supervision in Roads, Utilities (infrastructure) projects.

Estimation Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of UAE experience in site execution and supervision in Roads, Utilities (infrastructure) projects.

Technical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of UAE experience in site execution and supervision in Roads, Utilities (infrastructure) projects.

Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of UAE experience in site execution and supervision in Roads, Utilities (infrastructure) projects.

Senior Safety Officer / Safety Officer:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, or equivalent, and IOSH/NEOSH Certification.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of UAE experience in site execution and supervision in Roads, Utilities (infrastructure) projects.

Senior Site Engineer / Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of UAE experience in site execution and supervision in Roads, Utilities (infrastructure) projects.

Site Supervisor:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in site execution and supervision in Roads, Utilities (infrastructure) projects.

Draughtsman:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in site execution and supervision in Roads, Utilities (infrastructure) projects.

Land Surveyor:

• Diploma in Civil or Survey Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in Roads, Utilities (infrastructure) projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Available to join immediately or on short notice.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be fluent in Reading and Spoken English or Arabic.
• Candidates must have a proven track record of experience in Road, Utilities (Infrastructure) projects.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and authorities for infrastructure work sequencing.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
