- Project Manager – Design
- Lead Technical Architect
- Sr. Structure Engineer – Design
- Sr. Technical Architect
- Sr. Interior Designer
- Planning Engineer
- BIM Modeler – Landscape / Interior

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager – Design:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a similar field, and PMP Certified.
• At least 15+ years of Building Architectural /Interior design experience in the UAE.

Lead Technical Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 12+ years of Building Architectural /Interior design experience in the UAE.

Senior Structure Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural / Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 12+ years of Building / Façade Structural design experience in the UAE.

Senior Technical Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a similar field.
• At least 12+ years of Building Architectural /technical design experience in the UAE.

Senior Interior Designer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 12+ years of Interior / Façade design experience in the UAE.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• At least 10+ years of Building Architectural Planning experience in the UAE.

BIM Modeler – Landscape / Interior:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural / Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 10+ years of BIM Landscape / Interior experience in the UAE.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must be UAE Driving License holders.
• Candidates must have experience in Building Architectural / Façade / Interior design background projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
