Belhasa International Co. LLC is hiring for the following positions for their Landscaping (Hard/Soft-scape Irrigation Network) Projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

POSITIONS

- Project Manager
- Site Engineer
- Quantity Surveyor
- Land Surveyor
- Draftsman
- Site Foreman
- Documents Controller

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:
Site Engineer:
Quantity Surveyor:
Land Surveyor:
Draftsman:
Site Foreman:

• Degree-holder of Agriculture/Horticulture/Landscape Architecture/ Engineering and any related course.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Landscaping Construction (Hard & Soft) and Irrigation Networks in UAE Companies.

Documents Controller:

• Graduate of Business Administration / Management.
• Must have ample experience in Project Management from UAE-based Construction Companies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A resident of UAE, with a Valid Driving License.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English and Arabic.
• Must have a UAE Resident Visa.
• Able to handle extreme work pressures.
• Team Player/ Leadership qualities & proactive.
• Willing to be assigned or relocated to anywhere in the UAE.
• For Documents Controller Position (Must hold a Philippine passport).
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
