Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, and PMP Certification.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in similar projects.
Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, and PMP Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in similar projects.
Commercial Manager:
- Degree / Professional Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in similar projects.
- Membership in a Professional Body (RICS, CIOB, CIArb, etc.).
Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE-proven experience in cost engineering within the construction industry.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE-proven experience in cost engineering within the construction industry.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Profession level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience in the Supervision of Building and infrastructure projects.
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
