We’re looking to bring on several roles to join our Cost Management team across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.

POSITIONS

- Commercial Manager
- Senior Estimator
- Sr. Quantity Surveyor
- MEP Quantity Surveyor
- Quantity Surveyor
- Junior Quantity Surveyor

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Commercial Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15+ years of total experience in commercial and cost management on large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.

Senior Estimator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of estimation experience in pre-contract cost planning, tender preparation, and BOQs on large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of experience in cost planning, contract administration, variations, claims evaluation, and interim valuations on large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.

MEP Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of experience in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems on large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in measurement, BOQ preparation, payment certification, and variation tracking on large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.

Junior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience in measurement, quantity take-off, and BOQ preparation on large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• All candidates should have UAE-based experience.
• Proficiency level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid proven track experience in Building Construction Infrastructure projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
