• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• At least 10 years of experience, and has sufficient experience as a project manager and experience in reviewing operational plans and supervising projects.

Environmental Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• With sufficient experience of not less than 5 years in preparing plans, designs, and drawings.

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• At least 5 years of experience, and sufficient experience in urban landscaping. 

Agriculture Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• At least 7 years of experience in the field of studies and supervision of agricultural projects, including design and implementation works.

Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from a recognized university.
• At least 3 years of experience in surveying for municipality works and geophysical networks.

Civil Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from a recognized university.
• At least 3 years of experience in agricultural work, municipality works, and irrigation networks.
