Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Technical Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, Construction Management from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building Fit-out projects.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university (Primavera P6).
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building Fit-out projects.
Project Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building Fit-out projects.
Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building Fit-out projects.
Site Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building Fit-out projects.
Draftsman:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building Fit-out projects.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration / Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Proficiency in construction management software and CAD tools.
• Experience with high-rise residential, commercial, mid-rise & high-rise building Fit-Out projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
