Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Structure Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Building projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role (UAE/GCC preferred).
Senior HSE Officer:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (IOSH/NEBOSH Certified).
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Building projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role (UAE/GCC preferred).
Structure Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of proven experience in Building projects, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role (UAE/GCC preferred).
Land Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Civil / Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or contracting companies (UAE/GCC preferred).
General Foreman:
- ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience as a General Foreman in construction or contracting companies (UAE/GCC preferred).
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ensure that Projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
