Qualifications & requirements
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- 15+ years of proven experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager on data centre or large industrial projects.
- Lead and manage civil, structural and utility projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver the project successfully.
Construction Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience, including 5+ years as a Construction Manager, preferably on data centre or large industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage construction projects so they finish on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and subcontractors to keep the work flowing smoothly.
Senior Engineers & Engineers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of proven experience on data centre or large industrial projects, focused on civil, structural or utility works.
- Strong knowledge of relevant engineering principles and regulations.
- Manage, design and supervise civil, structural and utility works on data centre or large industrial projects.
General Foreman
- Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of proven experience as a General Foreman on data centre or large industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of civil, structural and utility works.
- Supervise and coordinate site construction activities in line with project plans and specifications.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/UAE experience will be an advantage.
- Experience on data centre or large industrial projects.
- Strong communication, problem solving, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders to complete projects within budget and schedule.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
