- Landscape Engineer
- QA/QC Engineer

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Landscape Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision of landscape and irrigation projects within the GCC/KSA region.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as QA/QC in construction supervision of landscape and building projects within the GCC/KSA region.
• Experience with QA/QC documentation (Method Statements, ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs).

Site Architect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision & design of building projects within the GCC/KSA region.
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, building standards, and site coordination.

HSE Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Safety Management or Engineering), and NEBOSH Certified.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering consultancy or construction projects within the GCC/KSA region.

Architectural Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction supervision & design of building and landscape projects within the GCC/KSA region.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry within the GCC/KSA region.
• Knowledge of Aconex is required; experience with Newforma, Expedition, and FTP is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent overall communication skills, English language skills, and Engineering terminology.
• Candidates with experience with Multinational Design consultants and exposure to Middle Eastern and Global projects will be preferred.
• Candidates should have an affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Candidates must have design environment experience; otherwise, the CV will be neglected.
• Candidates must have thorough knowledge of relevant International Standards, and they shall be proficient in relevant design software.
• Candidates available in Saudi Arabia who can join immediately are eligible to apply for these positions.
