POSITIONS

- Sr. Planning Engineer
- Fit-out Site Engineer
- QS Site Engineer
- Civil Foreman
- Fit-out Foreman

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in Building/Villa Construction projects.

Fit-out Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Building/Villa Construction projects.

QS Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Building/Villa Construction projects.

Fit-out Foreman:

• ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Building/Villa Construction projects.

Civil Foreman:

• ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Building/Villa Construction projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Proven experience with Building Construction & Fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
