Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience, including 10 years in Construction Management of Industrial Building projects within a consultancy background in GCC/KSA.
Senior Engineer - Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience, including 5 years in Construction Supervision of Industrial Building projects within a consultancy background in GCC/KSA.
Quality Engineer - Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical / HSE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience, including 5 years in Construction Supervision of Industrial Building projects within a consultancy background in GCC/KSA.
Land Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience, including 5 years in Construction Supervision of Industrial Building projects within a consultancy background in GCC/KSA.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Middle East and Saudi Arabia experience is a plus.
• Candidates must possess a Valid Saudi Driving license.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
• Experience in the supervision of industrial or similar projects preferred.
• Candidates are necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Strong knowledge of project management, execution, and supervision of engineering works.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
