Qualifications & requirements
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, roads, or operation & maintenance projects.
- Experience supervising electrical works associated with road infrastructure, street lighting, traffic signals, electrical utilities, and related systems.
Road Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Highway Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction, inspection, operation, and maintenance.
- Experience inspecting asphalt pavement, roads, drainage, sidewalks, road furniture, signage, markings, and related infrastructure.
Media Specialist
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in media, communications, or infrastructure/project environments.
- Experience documenting road operation and maintenance activities, site progress, inspections, and project events.
Document Controller
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, Documentation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in document control, preferably within road, infrastructure, construction, or engineering consultancy projects.
- Experience managing technical documents, drawings, correspondence, inspection reports, method statements, and contractor submissions.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Letters of qualification, if any, are sent to guarantee membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Candidates must have experience in Road (Infrastructure) and Maintenance projects.
- Valid Saudi/GCC experience and relevant professional certifications will be considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
