GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Planning Manager (Dammam):

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least ten years of experience in a similar role.
Extensive knowledge of Primavera P3 or P6 is required.
The possession of a PMP-SP (Project Manager Professional – Scheduler Professional PMI) Certificate or a similar certificate will also be valued.

Contracts Administrator (Medina):

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
Extensive experience in executing hospitality elements.
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement and process well-regarded.

Contracts Manager Claims (Median):

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience.

Planning Manager:

Degree in Engineering or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the construction, program, project, or commercial management disciplines.
15+ years of post-graduate experience in the Planning / Project Controls field. Solid experience in using P6 and Similar Projects.
Professional qualification (e.g., APM, MSP. PPC, etc.).
Experience in delivering complex Mega Projects above 50min USD in the Lead Planner role from the start through to completion.
Experience in analyses of complex EOT claims on Mega Projects with values of more than 50 mln USD.
Strong claims analysis and forensic analysis skills.

Senior Project Controls Manager:

Bachelor’s Degree in  Engineering or equivalent. 
At least Fifteen years in project management and monitoring, and should have experience not less than 4 years in working in projects management offices (PMO).

Contracts Administrator:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
Must have a minimum of 10 years experience with strong international experience.

HSSE Manager:

Bachelor of Safety Engineering, or equivalent.
A minimum of 20 years of construction experience with progressively more responsibility concerning HSE Management with experience on Megaprojects.

Quality Assurance Manager:

A bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering with 15 years of related work experience in the field of quality assurance and quality control.
•  10 years of experience in quality management of Infrastructure projects.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
At least ten years of experience in a similar role,  and Extensive experience in executing hospitality elements.

Project Coordinator:

Bachelor’s degree in  Architecture or equivalent, a postgraduate degree in Engineering, or an MBA will be considered a plus.
At least ten years of experience in similar roles in Project Management.

Design Manager (Technical):

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent. 
At least fifteen years of design management experience. 

Power Supply Engineer:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Minimum 6 years in a senior position delivering rail projects.

PMIS System Expert:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Professional experience of at least 10+ years, including Project Management Program in large projects. 

Eligibility Criteria:

Planning Manager (Dammam):

Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments.

Contracts Administrator (Medina):

Membership in RICS, CIOB, or equivalent is desirable.
Strong background and understanding of FIDIC forms of Contract, particularly design & build.
Knowledgeable in all contractual & legal matters relevant to the industry, including claim management.
Experience working on High-rise building projects is a must.
Great leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Contracts Manager Claims (Median):

Membership in RICS, CIOB, or equivalent is desirable.
Strong background and understanding of FIDIC forms of Contract, particularly design & build.
Knowledgeable in all contractual & legal matters relevant to the industry, including claim management.
Experience working on High-rise building projects is a must.
Great leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Planning Manager:

Expert user of Primavera P6 min Version 6.2 or R-8.1 and Microsoft Project.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note), PMIS/AVONEX, and other Project Management/Administration Software.
Experience in CPM networks, resource and cost loading, and risk management techniques. Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis Using Primavera Risk Analysis.
Ability to effectively monitor and analyze progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
Hands-on working knowledge of WBS coding structure, cost /schedule variance analysis, Earned Value Management (EVMS), project trends, contract change, and claims. Working knowledge of Time Impact Analysis techniques.

Senior Project Controls Manager:

Extensive knowledge of Primavera P6 is required.
The possession of a PMP-SP (Project Manager Professional – Scheduler Professional PMI) Certificate or a similar certificate will also be valued.
Ability to think ahead, identify new opportunities, and create new and innovative approaches to work-related issues.
Demonstrates a determination, desire to succeed, and a wish to progress and develop within a commercial role.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Contracts Administrator:

Membership to RICS, CIOB, or equivalent is desirable.
Strong background and understanding of FIDIC forms of Contract, particularly design & build.
Knowledgeable in all contractual & legal matters relevant to the industry, including claim management.
Competent IT user.
Great leadership and organizational skills.

HSSE Manager:

In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental auditing techniques.
Demonstrated ability to set goals and organize resources.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with people of diverse disciplines, backgrounds, and cultures.
Ability to be flexible and to adapt to changing circumstances.
Ability to meet deadlines, be a self-starter, and be a quick learner.

Quality Assurance Manager:

Requires extensive knowledge of quality assurance/quality control management practices, processes, and current technology.
Requires proficiency in the use of computers and software packages related to the field.
Requires proven experience in directing and implementing quality management systems and standards specified by ISO 9000, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, and similar organizations.
Requires proven experience as an auditor using ISO 9000 standards.
Having experience in verification of quality, project monitoring, and inspection of the implementation of procedures and policies.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Manager:

RICS accreditation or equivalent would be an advantage.  
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is highly preferred.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments.

Project Coordinator:

PMP, PMI, CIOB, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
Strong track record in delivering projects in a fast-moving and challenging environment.
Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, and Rivet/BIM are a plus.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Design Manager (Technical):

Ability to simultaneously manage multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A good understanding of design procedures and design tools is required.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Power Supply Engineer:

Having solid experience in the railway field, standards and associated rules governing the traction energy sector, medium voltage, low voltage power supply, integration between SCADA and power supply, earthing and bonding, and general MEP systems.
Member of a recognized institution or organization (CIBSE, ASHRAE, CIOB)
Rail experience is essential.

PMIS System Expert:

Must have experience implementing PMIS systems like the following: Oracle Primavera Unifier, Aconex, and PMWeb.
Possessing oral and editorial communication skills.
The ability to provide guidance to individuals and train them during their jobs.
Experience in project management programs.
Experience in the automation of procedures.
Possessing an experience in modern techniques for innovation in projects.
