Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Resident Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. At least 15 years’ experience in site supervision of infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years’ experience in site supervision of infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Project Architect:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years’ experience in site supervision of infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years’ experience in site supervision of building projects within the UAE.
QA/QC Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in site supervision of building projects within the UAE.
Site Structural Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in site supervision of building projects within the UAE.
Civil Inspector:
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in site supervision of building projects within the UAE.
Mechanical Inspector:
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in site supervision of building projects within the UAE.
Architectural Inspector:
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in site supervision of building projects within the UAE.
Mechanical Draftsman:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in site supervision of building projects within the UAE.
Architectural Draftsman:
- Diploma in Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in site supervision of building projects within the UAE.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Good communication in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Engineering candidates with excellent communication & presentation skills, commercial acumen, and computer savvy are necessary.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Working knowledge of Dubai authority standards, Building codes, and site documentation practices.
• Only UAE-based candidates are eligible to apply and can join immediately.
