GENERAL REQUIREMENTS |
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE Experience and should hold valid ADDC approval.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Organized and maintains proper documentation archiving management skills.
• Professional in technical report writing.
• Proven Hands-on experience with major MEP sections: Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Low Current, MEP Infrastructure & Power transmission, etc.
• Familiar with International standards as well as common practices.
• Possessing a deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts and tender documents, and tender management.
• Planning and Project Management skills and experience.
• Having deep technical know-how to audit, Implement, and Correct MEP Design Drawings.
• Possessing Leadership personality and problem-solving behavior to deal and coordinate with Clients and different project parties handling multi-disciplinary aspects.
• Strong Communication Skills and computer knowledge of the essential tools, software, etc. related to MEP and ELV, ICT.
HSE Engineer:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 07 years of UAE Experience, NEBOSH, OSHA & IOSH Certified.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accountable for preparing the QHSE Management System, Policies & Procedures.
• Develop HSE Objectives and benchmarks according to Method Statements and Risk Assessment.
• Responsible for monitoring accidents/incidents, determining probable causes, circulating, and enforcing appropriate safety alerts.
• Reviews the safety of all materials/equipment at the site and ensures compliance with all project specifications.
• Coordinates with the Departments for Safe Operating Procedures for all employees.
• Responsible for conducting Fire Drills and Emergency Evacuation procedures.
• Leads in Safety walks (audits) with the Client and Subcontractor’s safety representatives through continuous toolbox meetings including weekly / monthly toolbox talks.
• Ensures compliance of site workforce with the approved Safe Work Permit System/procedure in accordance with the required local regulation.
• Liaison with the Client and Subcontractors on work-related safety requirements at the site and review HSE Plans prior to submittal to the consultant.
Assistant Electrical Engineer:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 05 years of UAE Experience and should hold valid ADDC approval.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
• Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
• Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
• Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications.
• Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
• Writing reports and compiling data regarding costing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
Junior Quantity Surveyor:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 05 years of UAE Experience as a Jr. QS in the Construction field.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sub-Contract Management/payment evolution/verification of claims, adjudication, Appointment, and payments.
• Interim valuation claims.
• Monthly internal cost reporting (including the cost to complete (CTC) and Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR).
• Value Engineering & Commercial Awareness.
• Identifying Contract Variation.
• Submission of Variations and Claims to the Client.
• Creation of cost breakup for BOQ.
• Prolongation cost calculation.
• Valuations, cost reports, subcontractor payments, and various other reporting.
• Client final accounts and closing out projects with subcontractors.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Cost Breakdown.
• Must be a UAE Driving License holder.
• Previous Experience in Construction projects will be an advantage.
