KADMARL Co. Ltd., a Class-1 Contractor approved by BALADY, is urgently hiring experienced professionals for a major heavy concrete works project in Riyadh.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from an accredited university, PMP Certification.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Building projects for large-scale Structural projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Building projects for large-scale Structural projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).

Senior HSE Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Safety-related discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Building projects for large-scale Structural projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification required (additional international certifications preferred).

Senior QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Building projects for large-scale Structural projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).

Quality Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Building projects for large-scale Structural projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Building projects for large-scale Structural projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).

Safety Officer:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a safety-related discipline (NEBOSH certification mandatory).
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Building projects for large-scale Structural projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).

Land Surveyor:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Survey Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Building projects for large-scale Structural projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).

Civil Foreman:

• Diploma or Certification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Building projects for large-scale Structural projects (GCC/KSA project experience preferred).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Candidates must be a valid (Transferable) Iqama holder.
• Candidates are necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Coordination with architects, consultants, and authority approval departments.
• Candidates must have experience in building construction and structural projects.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
