Metac General Contracting Company seeks qualified and experienced individuals to participate in our large-scale Villa Construction projects in Dubai.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field, and PMP Certification.
• 15+ years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects.

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• 15+ years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects.

Safety Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar field, and NEBOSH/IOSH Certification.
• 10+ years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects.

Senior Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• 10 – 15 years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects.

Technical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• 10+ years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects.

Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects.

QA/QC Inspector:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects.

Safety Officer:

• Diploma in Engineering or a similar field, and NEBOSH/IOSH Certification.
• 5+ years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects.

Civil Foreman:

• ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on large-scale villa construction projects.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience as a documents controller in the Construction industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have a UAE Driving license.
• Candidates should have experience in building/villa construction.
• Only candidates with relevant experience and available in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
