📌Civil Engineer (Site Supervision)
Required Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum (7) Years of experience in a similar role.
• With Unlimited Accreditation with RAK Municipality.
• Minimum (7) Years of experience in a similar role.
• With Unlimited Accreditation with RAK Municipality.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven working experience in site supervision.
• License of Professional Engineer.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
• Proven working experience in site supervision.
• License of Professional Engineer.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D, or similar.

📌Structural Engineer (Designer)
Required Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Proficient in Structural design contents and well versed in international standards and local authorities regulations.

• Good project management skills.
• A sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations.
• Can work excellently as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly and understandably.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.

• Minimum 1 – 2 years experience.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Possess strong hand and advanced CAD / Revit drafting skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in 3D Modeling software such as 3D Studio Max and Viz 2006 preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems.
• Advanced knowledge of sustainability, integrated design, and LEED guidelines.
• Advanced knowledge of building codes and ability to research and apply/incorporate them into technical documents.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
