Qualifications & requirements
Architectural Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in contracting and construction projects in the KSA region.
Project Engineer – Towers & Hotels
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in tower, hotel and high-rise building projects in the KSA region.
Safety Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Health & Safety Environment, or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in High-Rise Buildings projects in the KSA region.
- Good familiarity with occupational safety requirements and procedures.
Planning Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field (Primavera P6).
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in High-Rise Buildings projects in the KSA region.
- Experience in preparing and following up on timetables and implementation plans.
Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in High-Rise Buildings projects in the KSA region.
- Experience in mechanical works and on-site implementation follow-up.
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Familiarity with design software and mechanical calculations such as HAP is preferred.
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in High-Rise Buildings projects in the KSA region.
- Experience in electrical works and on-site implementation follow-up.
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Good knowledge of electrical design and blueprints.
Procurement Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in High-Rise Buildings projects in the KSA region.
- Experience in dealing with suppliers, studying and comparing quotes, negotiating, and following up on supplies.
Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts, Finance Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in contracting companies in the KSA region.
- Good experience in business and accounting transactions.
Eligibility criteria
- Good English communication, coordination, and technical reporting skills are required. Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Engineering candidates should have valid or applicable Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration/classification or meet the eligibility requirements for registration, where applicable.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, towers and hotel projects.
- Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work effectively under demanding project schedules.
- Ability to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary project teams and meet project deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
