SAK Construction Company is expanding and seeking high-caliber professionals to join our team in Kuwait. As part of our continued growth across major projects, we are looking for experienced, driven candidates in the following roles:

POSITIONS

- Project Manager
- Senior Engineer – Building
- Technical Office Engineer
- Architect Engineer
- Material Engineer
- Site Civil Engineer
- Quantity Surveyor
- Civil Supervisor
- Draftsman
- Civil Foreman

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications, and PMP Certification.
• At least 15 – 20 years of experience in building construction projects, including 10 years within the Kuwait region.

Senior Building Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 15 years of experience in building construction projects, including 7 years within the Kuwait region.

Technical Office Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 15 years of experience in building construction projects, including 7 years within the Kuwait region.

Architect Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 10 years of experience in building construction projects, including 5 years within the Kuwait region.

Material Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Material Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 10 years of experience in building construction projects, including 5 years within the Kuwait region.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 8 years of experience in building construction projects, including 5 years within the Kuwait region.

Site Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 6 years of experience in building construction projects, including 3 years within the Kuwait region.

Civil Supervisor / Foreman:

• Diploma or Certification in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 10 years of experience in building construction projects, including 5 years within the Kuwait region.

Draftsman:

• Diploma in Civil / Architectural Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 6 years of experience in building construction projects, including 3 years within the Kuwait region.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• All candidates should have GCC-based experience.
• Proficiency level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid proven track experience in Building Construction projects.
• Candidates must be available in Kuwait/Locally and can join immediately.
