SEPAM is recruiting seasoned professionals for a prestigious Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Project in Khafji, KSA.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline from a recognized university, and a Master’s degree or professional certifications (PMP, PE, NEBOSH, OSHA, API, ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent) will be considered an added advantage, depending on the role.
• 15 – 20 years of overall professional experience, with substantial exposure to Oil & Gas projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco, SABIC, ADNOC, or equivalent EPC/PMC projects is highly preferred.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent overall communication skills, English language skills, and Engineering terminology.
• Candidates should have an affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience in design review, technical compliance, site execution, contractor coordination, QA/QC implementation, HSE compliance, project controls, and stakeholder management relevant to their discipline.
• Candidates must be results-driven, capable of working under pressure, and experienced in meeting project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
Familiarity with international codes and standards such as API, ASME, ASTM, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, ISO, and Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) is mandatory.
