Qualifications & requirements
Lead Landscape Architect – Infrastructure
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
- Professional accreditation or chartership is advantageous.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant landscape architecture experience, preferably within leading multidisciplinary design or landscape consultancies.
- Strong experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, public realm, streetscape, master planning and urban development projects.
Senior BIM Coordinator – Mechanical
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant BIM/MEP experience, with strong exposure to multidisciplinary building projects.
- Demonstrable experience coordinating Mechanical services on large-scale hospitality, residential, mixed-use or high-rise developments.
Design Manager – Wet Utilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience, preferably within a multidisciplinary engineering or design consultancy environment.
- Significant experience in the design and management of wet utilities and infrastructure networks for major developments.
- Strong technical knowledge of potable water, wastewater/sewerage, stormwater and irrigation systems.
Design Manager – Buildings
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related built-environment discipline.
- Professional accreditation or chartership is advantageous.
- Minimum 12+ years’ experience, including significant experience managing the design of major building projects.
- Strong background within a reputable architectural or multidisciplinary design consultancy.
- Proven experience on high-end hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments and high-rise projects.
Lead Technical Architect
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, and Licensed architect (or equivalent certification).
- Minimum 12+ years of professional experience, including leading large-scale projects.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating innovation and technical expertise.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Principal Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in mechanical/building services design, preferably within a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy.
- Strong experience delivering major hospitality, high-rise residential, mixed-use and commercial developments.
- Demonstrated experience leading mechanical design teams and coordinating complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services design, relevant international standards and regional authority requirements.
Eligibility criteria
- Excellent command of verbal and written English.
- Strong communicator, collaborative, detail-oriented, and organized.
- GCC/UAE experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates should have Site Supervision experience in GCC Consultant firms.
- Candidates should preferably have experience with a reputable multidisciplinary engineering, architectural, landscape, or design consultancy, with exposure to coordinated design delivery and consultant-led projects.
- Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and standards applicable to construction projects in the UAE.
- Candidates must be available to work in the UAE and comply with applicable employment, visa, residency, and project mobilization requirements.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
