GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Design Manager — Site:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent, and PMP Certification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture, with a proven track record in on-site design management.

Senior Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a Resident Engineer, with a focus on large-scale building projects.

Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Resident Engineer, with a focus on large-scale building projects.

Senior Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of professional experience as a Site Electrical Engineer, with a focus on large-scale building projects.

Senior HSE Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Engineering, or a related field, and NEBOSH IGC Certification.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of professional experience as an HSE Engineer, with a focus on large-scale building projects.

Senior Site Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Middle East, with 7 years working in the UAE or Middle East-based international consultancy environment.

Site Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Middle East, with 5 years working in the UAE or Middle East-based international consultancy environment.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience as a Planning Engineer in the Middle East-based international consultancy environment.

HSE Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Engineering, or a related field, and NEBOSH IGC Certification.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience as an HSE Engineer, with a focus on large-scale building projects.

Site Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience, including substantial expertise in engineering consultancy and familiarity with UAE local building codes and regulations.

HSE Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Engineering, or a related field, and NEBOSH IGC Certification.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience as an HSE Officer, with a focus on large-scale building projects.

Electrical Inspector:
Structural Inspector:
Mechanical Inspector:
Architectural Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural inspection or a related field with a focus on large-scale building projects.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a documents controller or a related field with a focus on large-scale projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience in large-scale commercial & residential building projects.
• All candidates shall have strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
