GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 10 years of UAE experience in Structural Erection Works is mandatory.

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 10 years of UAE experience in Structural Erection Works is mandatory.

HSE Lead:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 15 years of UAE experience in Structural Erection Works is mandatory.

Quality Lead:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 15 years of UAE experience in Structural Erection Works is mandatory.

Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 7 years of UAE experience in Structural Erection Works is mandatory.

Junior Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 2 years of UAE experience in Structural Erection Works is mandatory.

Store In-charge:

• Bachelor’s degree or any other equivalent qualification.
• At least 10 years of UAE experience in the Structural Erection Works industry.

Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Survey Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 5 years of UAE experience in the Structural Erection Works is mandatory.

Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 10 years of UAE experience in the Structural Erection Works is mandatory.

Foreman:

• High School or Diploma in Survey Engineering, or any other qualification.
• At least 10 years of UAE experience in the Structural Erection Works is mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE work experience will be preferred.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Candidates should be Strategic thinkers with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Candidates experienced in Structural Steel Erection works are mandatory.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
