• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10 – 15 years of experience in BIM management on large-scale building projects within a consultancy background in the KSA/GCC region.
• Strong expertise in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).

Planning Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or related field. 
• 10 – 15 years of planning experience in building projects within a consultancy background in the KSA/GCC region.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 & project control systems.

Senior QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 10 – 12 years of QA/QC experience in major building projects within a consultancy background in the KSA/GCC region.

QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 8 – 10 years of QA/QC experience in major building projects within a consultancy background in the KSA/GCC region.

Material Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Engineering, or related field.
• 8 – 10 years of experience in construction material approval, testing, and reviewing submittals, mix designs within a consultancy background in the KSA/GCC region.

Planner:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field. (Proficiency in Primavera P6).
• 8 – 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within a consultancy background in the KSA/GCC region.

Safety Officer:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent. (NEBOSH/IOSH certification).
• 5 – 7 years of experience in site safety inspection, HSE compliance, and conducting inspections within a consultancy background in the KSA/GCC region.

Safety Inspector:

• Diploma in Engineering, Safety, or equivalent. (NEBOSH/IOSH certification).
• 5+ years of experience in site safety inspection within a consultancy background in the KSA/GCC region.

Inspector – Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Civil & MEP Supervision of Building projects within a consultancy background in the KSA/GCC region.
