Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Site Electrical / Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 – 12 years of experience in site supervision of real estate development projects within a consultancy background in the KSA/GCC.
Project Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 – 12 years of experience in project coordination of real estate development projects within a consultancy background in the KSA/GCC.
Structural Surveyor:
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 – 12 years of experience in structural surveying and inspection of real estate development projects within a consultancy background in the KSA/GCC.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Fluent in English & Arabic, with excellent communication.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Certificate (if available).
• The positions are based on different projects in Eastern Province.
• Experience in the mega real estate development project is mandatory.
• Candidates must have a valid and transferable Iqama and be willing to relocate within the Kingdom.
• Candidates must be available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Certificate (if available).
• The positions are based on different projects in Eastern Province.
