Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on large-scale residential projects within the KSA region.
MEP Site Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in MEP works for residential/commercial projects within the KSA region.
Cost Estimator:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in cost estimation, BOQs, tendering, and cost control processes within the KSA region.
Site Documents Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience as a document controller in construction projects within the KSA region.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates who are fluent in Arabic and English are preferred.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
• Proven experience in large-scale residential complex building projects.
• Candidates should have a solid background in project execution, coordination, and site management.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
