Qualifications & requirements
Assistant Project Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 7 years in engineering consultancy, with at least 3 years in project coordination or as an Assistant Project Manager in the UAE.
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (BIM)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of mechanical engineering experience, 5 of them in the UAE.
- Healthcare experience is preferred: Abu Dhabi DOH, HTM guidelines, ASHRAE 170, pressure regimes for isolation rooms and operating theatres, and medical gas pipeline systems (MGPS).
Senior Site Architect
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
- At least 12 years across feasibility studies, concept and detailed design, and construction documents.
- Strong project coordination and multidisciplinary design management.
- Good with AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Photoshop and MS Office.
Landscape BIM Architect
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years in engineering consultancy in the UAE, covering BIM modelling and multidisciplinary model coordination.
- Uses InDesign, Photoshop and 3ds Max for design presentations and visuals.
- Strong landscape design skills and sound knowledge of hardscape, softscape, grading and construction details.
Electrical Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years in electrical systems inspection and site supervision.
- Knowledge of electrical installation standards, testing and commissioning.
Mechanical Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years on HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Experience in site supervision and inspection of mechanical works.
Civil Site Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- At least 5 years of civil and architectural site inspection and construction supervision.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- GCC/UAE experience will be an advantage.
- Experience on property development, residential, mixed-use, hospitality or community development projects.
- Strong coordination, stakeholder management, leadership and problem solving skills.
- Able to handle several projects at once and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
