Qualifications & requirements
Site Superintendent
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the same role on mid- to large-scale projects within the UAE.
- Extensive experience in wet utilities, pipeline installations, drainage networks, and utility infrastructure works.
Electrical Design Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven design office experience specifically within building services consultancy, architectural firms, or the technical design department of a main contractor.
Planning Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with Primavera P6 proficiency.
- Minimum 3+ years of core planning experience in roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
QA/QC Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC experience in heavy civil and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
Store Keeper
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or any discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in a construction store environment in the UAE.
Site Engineer
- B.E / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in roads & infrastructure projects in the UAE.
Estimator (Infrastructure)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
Estimator (Asphalt)
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in asphalt estimation/road projects (UAE preferred).
Land Surveyor
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Proficiency in survey instruments, GPS, and AutoCAD/ Civil 3D for mapping
Senior Draftsman
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of proven experience as a Draftsman in road & infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Eligibility criteria
- Excellent organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- GCC/UAE project experience is highly desirable.
- Must have hands-on experience in Civil / Road / Utilities infrastructure projects.
- Preferably with experience handling projects under the Dubai Municipality (DM).
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams and meet project deadlines.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
