Qualifications & requirements
Construction Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; a Master’s degree in Construction Management or Project Management is an advantage.
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in building construction, including substantial experience managing projects in the UAE.
- Proven experience managing high-rise, residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects.
Project Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably within the UAE.
- Experience coordinating site activities, construction sequences, and multidisciplinary works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Primavera P6 or MS Project knowledge is an advantage.
Senior QA/QC Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction quality assurance and quality control, including significant UAE building project experience.
- Experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Inspection Requests (IRs), and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
- Experience inspecting concrete, reinforcement, formwork, waterproofing, blockwork, plastering, façade, and finishing works.
Senior MEP Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MEP coordination for building construction projects, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong experience coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and ELV systems.
- Experience reviewing MEP shop drawings, builders’ work drawings, equipment layouts, and coordinated services drawings.
Site Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably within the UAE.
- Experience supervising daily site activities, including foundations, concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, blockwork, waterproofing, and finishing works.
General Foreman
- Technical Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related trade is preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on building construction experience, including UAE project experience.
- Proven experience supervising site workers, chargehands, subcontractors, and construction crews.
- Strong practical knowledge of concrete works, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing activities, as applicable to the assigned work.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/UAE experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates must demonstrate relevant UAE experience in high-rise building projects.
- Proven experience in building construction projects, preferably within the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE construction practices, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable authority regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be willing to work at the designated project location in the UAE and meet applicable employment and visa requirements.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
