Amlak Group, established in 2004, works in construction, real estate, property management and aluminium façade solutions through its Windar division. AMLAK is hiring the following professionals for its residential and commercial building projects in Muscat, Oman.
Qualifications & requirements
Project Manager (Civil)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; PMP certified.
- 10 to 15 years of proven experience managing and delivering residential and commercial building projects.
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination and execution skills.
Project Engineer (Civil)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in building construction, site execution and project coordination.
- Able to run site activities and keep quality, safety and progress on track.
Senior Site Engineer (Civil)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 to 7 years of daily site supervision and execution on residential and commercial buildings.
- Able to coordinate site teams, subcontractors and construction activities.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC construction experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience delivering residential and commercial buildings.
- Immediate joiners, or candidates who can join within 30 days, will be given preference.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in Oman / Locally and able to join immediately.
