Qualifications & requirements
Team Leader (Engineer / Architect)
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years of consultancy experience in building projects and 5 years in a Team Leader or Project Leadership role.
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
Contracts Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Contracts Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of consultancy experience in tendering, contract administration, claims, and variations.
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
Planning Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Primavera P6 and MS Project).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in baseline schedules, progress monitoring, EOT claims, and reporting. Consultancy building projects.
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
Senior Architect
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12–15 years of consultancy experience in high-rise, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
Architect
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of consultancy experience in design development, construction documentation, and authority submissions.
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
Interior Designer (Architectural)
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of consultancy experience in hospitality, commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and rendering software.
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of consultancy experience in MV/LV systems, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and ELV systems.
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of consultancy experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems.
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
Civil / Structural Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10–15 years of consultancy experience in reinforced concrete and steel structures building projects.
- Knowledge of ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and STAAD Pro.
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of consultancy experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tender evaluation, value engineering, and cost control.
- Proficiency in CostX, CCS Candy, or equivalent software is preferred.
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
Documents Controller
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 – 10 years of document control experience within engineering consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), Aconex, and Autodesk.
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Familiar with international design codes and the Saudi Building Code.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience in large-scale hospitality, commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
