About the company
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Civil QA/QC professionals to join our team for ongoing high-rise building and construction projects in the UAE.
Qualifications & requirements
QC Inspector – Civil
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in high-rise buildings and construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, project specifications, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in civil inspections, quality control, and construction material verification.
- Strong understanding of structural concrete, reinforcement, formwork, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ability to interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Inspection Requests (IRs/WIRs), and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
- Knowledge of concrete testing, material sampling, and site quality reporting.
QC Engineer – Civil
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in QA/QC engineering for high-rise buildings and construction projects.
- Strong experience in quality management systems, consultant coordination, and construction documentation.
- Expertise in preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, quality checklists, and inspection procedures.
- Proficiency in managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Strong understanding of concrete structures, architectural finishing, waterproofing, and civil construction activities.
- Ability to review technical submittals, material approvals, shop drawings, and project specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC documentation systems.
Eligibility criteria
- Good English communication, reporting, and coordination skills to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- GCC/UAE experience will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant QA/QC documentation systems.
- Strong understanding of civil construction activities, quality control procedures, approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE construction standards.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE with immediate availability or a short notice period will be preferred.
- Only candidates meeting the required qualifications and relevant UAE construction experience will be considered for shortlisting.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
