Qualifications & requirements
Architectural Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 –10 years of relevant experience in major construction projects in KSA.
- Experience in architectural works, finishing, shop drawings, material approvals, inspections, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 – 10 years of relevant experience in large-scale/mega construction projects in KSA.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, mechanical installations, testing & commissioning, and site coordination.
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 –10 years of relevant experience on major construction projects in KSA.
- Experience in electrical installations, power distribution, lighting, LV/MV systems, testing & commissioning, and site supervision.
EMP Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 7 – 10 years of MEP experience on major construction projects in KSA.
- Strong experience in MEP coordination, shop drawings, inspections, testing & commissioning, and coordination with civil/architectural teams.
Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 – 10 years of relevant experience, preferably on large-scale construction projects in KSA.
- Experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, valuations, variations, interim payments, and subcontractor payments.
Land Surveyor
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of surveying experience on major construction/infrastructure projects in KSA.
- Proficient in Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and construction setting-out.
Civil Foreman
- Diploma/Technical Certificate in Civil Construction or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in KSA.
- Strong experience in concrete, blockwork, excavation, earthworks, finishing, and site activities.
Electrical Foreman
- Diploma/Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related trade.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant electrical construction experience.
- Experience in cable installation, conduits, panels, lighting, power distribution, testing, and electrical installations.
Mechanical Foreman
- Diploma/Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related trade.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant mechanical construction experience in KSA.
- Experience in HVAC, piping, plumbing, firefighting, equipment installation, and maintenance works.
Architectural Foreman
- Diploma/Technical Certificate in Architecture, Construction, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural and finishing works.
- Experience in blockwork, plastering, tiling, painting, ceilings, flooring, doors, and other finishing activities.
Surveyor Assistant
- Diploma/Certificate in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or relevant technical field.
- Minimum of 3 –5 years of relevant experience in construction surveying.
- Ability to assist surveyors with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, setting-out, measurements, and survey records.
Documents Controller
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Documentation Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in construction/engineering projects in KSA.
- Experience in document control, transmittals, submittals, RFIs, drawings, correspondence, and project records.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Experience in large-scale Mega Construction / Infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
