• Engineering  Graduate or in a related field.
• Min 5 – 12  years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and cost controlling preferably in Civil Construction.
• Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Well-versed with  ERP Systems (Epromis preferable).
• Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Engineering  Graduate or in a related field.
• Min  5 – 10  years of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction experience, or related field.
• Familiar with  ERP  System  (Epromis preferable).
• Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improve results.
• Strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
