Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Sr. Construction Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 20 years of experience in high-rise (Tower/Hotel) construction projects within the KSA/GGC region.
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in high-rise (Tower/Hotel) construction projects within the KSA/GGC region.
Contracts Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Contracts Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 - 20 years of experience in high-rise (Tower/Hotel) construction projects within the KSA/GGC region.
Contracts Administrator:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in high-rise (Tower/Hotel) construction projects within the KSA/GGC region.
Senior Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. (Primavera P6).
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in Planning & Scheduling for high-rise (Tower/Hotel) construction projects within the KSA/GCC region.
Project Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction development & project coordination for high-rise (Tower/Hotel) construction projects within the KSA region.
Site Engineer - Civil:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-rise (Tower/Hotel) construction projects within the KSA region.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates who are fluent in Arabic and English are preferred.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
• Ability to manage technical office teams and coordinate with site teams.
•Proven experience in high-rise (Tower/Hotel) building Construction projects.
• Candidates should have a solid background in project execution, coordination, and site management.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
